I have registered for the conference but I didn’t receive an email with instructions to login?


Please check your spam/junk mail folders for an email from, as the confirmation email could have ended up there.  If you do not have an email, please reach out to for assistance.

Can I share my personalized login credentials?


No, your credentials are unique to you and should not be shared. Conference connectivity is authenticated PER DEVICE. Sharing log-in details will not transfer to other devices without the authentication process being repeated.

How do I login for the first time to the meeting website?

  1. Log in to CELA 100 + 1 | RESILIENCE Conference

  2. Click “Virtual Platform Authorization” in the top right corner of the conference website.

  3. A secondary pop-up window will appear with a short tutorial video:

    1. Click “Virtual Platform Authorization” green box

    2. An authorization screen will appear to authenticate the specific device for the conference.

  4. Click blue “Join Event.”

    1. If prompted, create a login for the same email address used for registration.

How can I connect with my colleagues during and after the meeting?


Many opportunities to connect with attendees, speakers, and exhibitors are available.


  • Submit Questions to Presenters During Live Sessions. Moderators will read and respond to questions during the Q&A period for each session. 

  • Chat with Presenters and Participants with the on-screen meeting chat feature. 

  • Connect with sponsors in the Sponsor Showcase. Visit any time throughout the conference or even after.


Visit the Poster Hall. See what your colleagues have been researching, pose questions and comment. The Poster Hall is accessible any time during and after the conference.

How do I join a live session?


Once you have authenticated the device for the conference during the initial registration process, simply go to the show site and visit the Schedule Tab.   The sessions are listed by date with an “attend session” adjacent to the title.  Once in the session, presenter audio can be turned on and off with the speaker icon.

How do I participate during live sessions?


Use the Chat tab to post questions for the presenters to answer during the Q&A session.  Some presenters may also utilize Poll features which display immediate cumulative results.

How do I quickly locate a session or author?


Type Control + F and enter the information in the pop-up.

I am having trouble with the connecting to the live sessions. What should I do?


  • If you are unable to hear any sound at all, be sure your speakers are turned on. 

  • If the slides or speaker appear blurry at any point, it may be an internet connectivity issue. You may test your speeds at  If you know that your connection is good, the issue may be with the presenter’s connectivity or camera quality. 

  • If you are having trouble with the video feed or are not seeing any video at all during the time of the event, try refreshing your browser. You can do this by clicking the circular refresh icon beside the URL or holding down Ctrl +R buttons on your keyboard on a desktop/laptop.

  • You can also increase/decrease the resolution value of the stream. In the bottom right corner, you may see a number like 1080p. This is the highest resolution, and most recommended. If you see a number lower than 1080p, click on the number to adjust the resolution.

What if I am unable to attend some of the sessions?


Sessions will be recorded and available on the show site under the schedule tab for on demand access until May 10, 2021.

How does the Sponsor Showcase work?


We encourage you to visit the Sponsor Showcase at any time during the conference. Click on the supporter’s name for additional contact information.

Is there a preferred browser?


You will have the best virtual experience by using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. We do not recommend using Safari or Microsoft Explorer/Edge.

Can I use my mobile device to connect?


You can use a mobile device if you do not have access to a computer or a laptop, but it will limit your experience as not all features will be accessible.
